The simple ground rules for using HXN and joining our sessions.
Last updated: June 2026. These terms govern your use of this website and our programmes, operated by Vivvek Johar (HXN, Human eXperience Networking), Chandigarh, India.
Our programmes
HXN offers webinars, in-person masterclasses, an on-demand course, mentorship, and a community. Dates, formats, prices and inclusions are described on the relevant page and may be updated from time to time.
Registration and payment
A booking is confirmed once your payment is successfully processed through Razorpay. Prices are in Indian Rupees and are one-time unless stated otherwise. By registering, you agree to receive the communications needed to deliver the session you booked.
Rescheduling and refunds
If we cancel or reschedule a session, you may move to the new date or request a refund. Because seats are limited, attendee-requested refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis; please contact us as early as possible. This does not affect any rights you have under applicable law.
Your conduct
HXN is built on respect and generosity. We ask that you engage honestly, keep introductions in good faith, and treat fellow members and partners well. We may decline or end access for behaviour that harms the community.
Intellectual property
The HXN name, content, frameworks and materials are owned by Vivvek Johar and HXN. You may use them for your own learning, but not copy, resell or redistribute them without written permission.
Liability
We share our methods and make introductions in good faith, but outcomes depend on you. To the extent permitted by law, HXN is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or participation in a programme.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Chandigarh having jurisdiction.
