Privacy Policy
How HXN and Vivvek Johar collect, use and protect your information.
Last updated: July 2026. This Privacy Policy explains how Vivvek Johar, operating as HXN (Human eXperience Networking), Chandigarh, India (“HXN”, “we”, “us”), collects, uses, shares and protects your personal information when you visit vivvekjohar.com, fill in our forms, respond to our ads, register for our sessions, or contact us. By using this website or sharing your details with us, you agree to this policy. We handle personal data in line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you submit a form, download a resource (such as the cheat sheet), join the waitlist, register for a webinar or masterclass, or contact us, we collect the details you provide — your name, email address, WhatsApp or phone number, city, business or field, and any goals, preferences or messages you share.
Information from ad lead forms. If you submit an Instant Form on our Facebook or Instagram ads, we receive the information you entered there (typically your name, phone number, email and your answers), together with the name of the ad or campaign, through Meta’s official Lead Ads API.
Payment information. When you pay for a programme, the payment is processed by Razorpay. We receive a confirmation, the amount, the payment-method type and a reference ID — we never see or store your full card, UPI or bank-account details.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we automatically collect limited technical and usage data — your device and browser type, approximate location (derived from your IP address), the pages you view, links you click, how far you scroll, and a randomly generated session identifier stored in your browser — using first-party analytics and the tools described below.
How we use your information
We use your information to: deliver the resource, session or programme you asked for; confirm registrations and send joining details and reminders; respond to your questions; send you relevant updates, tips and offers about HXN by email and — only if you have opted in — on WhatsApp; process and confirm payments; measure and improve our website, content and advertising; make introductions when you ask us to; and meet our legal and security obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
WhatsApp messages
We send WhatsApp messages (such as your requested resource, reminders and updates) only to people who have given consent — by ticking the WhatsApp opt-in on our forms, or by providing their number on a lead form that asks for it. Messages are delivered through our authorised WhatsApp Business provider (AiSensy). You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and we will stop messaging you.
We send transactional emails (such as confirmations and the resources you request) and, where relevant, marketing emails about HXN. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time.
Cookies and tracking technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies for essential functionality, to remember your session, and to understand and improve how the site is used. These include a first-party session identifier and our own analytics (page views, scroll depth, clicks); Microsoft Clarity, which gives us aggregated heatmaps and session insights; and the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API, which help us measure and improve our Facebook and Instagram advertising. Where we share event data with Meta for measurement, identifiers such as your email or phone number are hashed before they are sent. You can control or block cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not work without them.
Advertising and measurement
We advertise on Facebook and Instagram and measure those ads with the Meta tools above, so we can show relevant ads and understand which campaigns lead to registrations. We do not use this information to make automated decisions that have a legal or similarly significant effect on you.
Who we share your information with
We share personal information only with the service providers that help us operate HXN, and only as needed to provide the service:
- Razorpay — payment processing (PCI-DSS compliant).
- Meta Platforms — advertising, measurement and lead-ad delivery.
- AiSensy — WhatsApp messaging.
- Microsoft Clarity — website analytics.
- Zoom — hosting live webinars.
- Our email/SMTP and website-hosting providers.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or as part of a business transfer. We require our service providers to protect your information, and we do not sell it.
Data retention
We keep your personal information for as long as it is needed to provide our services and for legitimate business, accounting and legal purposes. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it. You can ask us to delete your information sooner (see “Your rights and choices”).
How we protect your information
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures — including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard your data and to notify you and the authorities of any significant breach as required by law.
Your rights and choices
At any time, you can ask us to access the information we hold about you, correct or update it, delete it, stop sending you marketing emails (use the unsubscribe link) or WhatsApp messages (reply STOP), or withdraw a consent you previously gave. To exercise any of these, email us at the address below and we will act on your request promptly, as required by applicable law.
Data from Facebook and Instagram
If you reached us through a Facebook or Instagram lead ad, the data you submitted is received through Meta’s official API and used only as described in this policy. You may request access to, or deletion of, this data at any time by contacting us at the email below.
International transfers
Some of our service providers may process data on servers located outside India. Where this happens, we take steps to ensure your information continues to be protected in line with this policy and applicable law.
Children
Our website and programmes are intended for adults (18 and over). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Links to other websites
Our site may link to third-party websites, such as social-media or payment pages. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites; please review their own policies.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new “Last updated” date, and communicate significant changes where appropriate.
